I have not posted here in a while. I’ve been pretty busy with the dog rescue.
I live in downtown Los Angeles and our loft is surrounded by clothing factories. I’ve started a new project where I take all the fabric the factories throw away and I’m making the most bad ass rug out of it. I’ll take a photo of it when it’s done.
I’ve also been photographing a lot of city birds…when you live around so much concrete you really notice every bit of nature that comes around.

You and Jill should collaborate together on an art project. She should make paintings of some of you’re photos. Your blog is great!!! I want to adopt so many dogs, but unfortunately Zach won’t let me have anymore. Our new dog Halston Valentine has had some health problems since we adopted him. Oh well… I hope you and Lane are well. xo, rachel
